Valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated
Subject to site inspection and final measurements
Prices may change if:
Measurements differ from those originally provided
Additional materials or labour are required
Scope of work changes
Site conditions differ from expectations
Any variation to the original quote will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Final payment is due:
Upon completion of installation, or
According to the payment terms stated on the invoice
Late payments may result in delays to installation or additional recovery costs where legally permitted.
Ownership of supplied materials remains with Five Star Glass until full payment has been received.
Installation dates are estimates only and may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Material availability
Site access limitations
Delays outside our control
While we make every effort to complete projects on time, Five Star Glass will not be liable for reasonable delays.
The client agrees to provide:
Safe access to the property
Accurate measurements and information
Suitable site preparation where required
All glass products and installations are designed to comply with relevant Australian Standards and local building regulations, including pool safety requirements where applicable.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required council approvals, permits, or certifications unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Glass products may vary slightly in:
Colour
Tint
Finish
Appearance due to lighting or manufacturing tolerances
Minor variations do not constitute defects.
Five Star Glass provides workmanship warranties in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer warranties may also apply to specific products and hardware.
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse or neglect
Improper maintenance
Unauthorised modifications
Damage caused by third parties
Normal wear and tear
Glass breakage after installation is not covered unless caused by installation defects.
Customers agree to:
Ensure accurate information is provided
Maintain safe access to the installation site
Inspect completed work upon installation
Notify us promptly of any concerns
Any defects or issues should be reported within 7 days of installation.
Orders cancelled after manufacturing has commenced may incur charges for:
Materials ordered
Labour completed
Custom-made glass products
Deposits for custom products may be non-refundable once production begins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Five Star Glass shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control
Damage arising from misuse or improper maintenance
